Who We Are

Snapshot 2009-10-14 00-19-04Frank Spencer – Partner and Lead Consultant/Futurist: I’m an evolutionary by nature, approaching everything I see and do in a creative, emerging, and visionary fashion. In today’s environment of rapid change, strategic evolution, and constant innovation, this type of mindset is necessary in order to create short and long-term strategic success. In short, no one can afford to not be “future-fit!” Through the use of tools, techniques, and methodologies that focus on areas such as trend and emerging issues identification, organizational culture assessment, strategic planning, leadership and change agent development, systems thinking and dynamics, change management, business intelligence, regional/global development, and future growth, I can help you and your organization to instill that “future-ready” mentality in every aspect of your operations, both internally and externally. In this way, you will move from anticipating the next decision that simply keeps your “head above water,” to acting upon aspirations that put you on the cutting edge of your market and industry. Remember: “The future belongs to those who create it!”
I spent 15 years as a leadership coach and developer with social communities and networking initiatives, helping to create an online venture community dedicated to the advancement of human development, global innovation, and entrepreneurial collaboration among non-profits and small businesses. I hold a Master of Arts in Strategic Foresight, having graduated with top honors from the Regent University School of Global Leadership and Entrepreneurship. I interned thereafter with Social Technologies, a foresight consulting that enables organizations to create a map of future possibilities and apply those insights to guide policy, shape strategy, and explore new markets, products, and services. In my role as a Professional Futurist and trend analyst/researcher, I have helped clients such as Marriott, Mars, Kraft, and a collection of knowledge-based and creative businesses to establish adaptive and transformational strategy through both rigorous methodology and collaborative creativity.
