To everyone that has linked to or viewed my map of HIV/AIDS epidemic and the organizations that deal with this issue on a regular basis - thanks for your support and encouragement! I plan on creating another map soon that details the topic of "Human Emergence."

Thank you so much! I also believe that Dr. Beck's work is seminal in human emergence, helping to bring about a holistic development that previous initiatives have failed to achieve. Thank you so much for visiting my blog, and taking the time to write!

Absolutely Summer! TCCa has been doing a great job for a long time to make Savannah not only a great place to live, but also a forerunner of ideas and practices that position the city as an example of emerging and preferable futures. I had the pleasure of having lunch with Chris Miller recently, and the passion he has for making Savannah a livable and "lovable" city is contagious! Thanks for all you guys do, keep up the excellent work, and thank you for visiting "Forward!"

The Creative Coast Alliance has worked for a long time to build social capital and community involvement in our neck of the woods. It's not surprising that they are a product of Chris Miller and that now, having moved on from TCCa, he is still throwing out public art and other such strategies to make Savannah an increasingly livable (and workable) city. This happens to be one of my favorite Miller-isms to date! Thanks for spreading the word...

I love Christmas Eve as well. We don't 'feast' on Christmas in my house -- we do it on Christmas Eve, fire for ambiance and all. Our little feast isn't very tradtional (I don't think anyway). We create a "cold plate" out of our favorite Hickory Farm like stuff. We munch and play games.

The evening epidemizes Christmas in that everything has been readied for the next day. There's a moment (for me anyway) of peaceful relaxation, just to take a breath and enjoy the season.

As a mom, I run around quite a bit leading up to that point, and will be up running the house on Christmas as well. I love the scurry too, because it also creates that relished moment of peace.

Great post Frank :-)
